Gun-hating Lisa Sanchez Gets Smacked by Idaho Supreme Court

Former Boise City Councilmember Lisa Sanchez just got a reality check from the Idaho Supreme Court.

Sanchez is most known for her gun-hating and racist comments she made online. Every problem in Sanchez’s life, she seems to blame on white people.

She’ll likely do the same with the Idaho Supreme Court’s recent opinion, which upheld Sanchez’s removal from the Boise City Council after she inadvertently moved outside her district.

The court ruled that Idaho law requires elected officials to reside within the district they represent, and that the statute is ‘self-executing’—meaning a seat is automatically vacated once a move occurs, regardless of intent. In the court’s view, Sanchez’s relocation, however brief or unintentional, triggered the vacancy under state law, making the city’s action legally correct.

Sanchez once remarked that open carrying a firearm was racist. Yes, you read that correctly, and just so we aren’t misunderstood, here is her exact quote:

“Open carry is a legal way for white supremacists to intimidate the rest of us.”

Sanchez made this comment at a “Defund the Police” event where hundreds of counter-protesters were carrying firearms, some of them openly.

But, Sanchez’s racist beliefs don’t stop there. She also said that white people are the reason she chose not to have kids. No, that’s not hyperbole; it’s literally what she said, stating on Facebook:

“Brown woman who chose not to have children for fear of their abuse and murder by white people.”

Hopefully, Sanchez will follow some of her other far-left friends out of the state. Maybe the Freedom Bros can help fund her U-Haul rental.
